Commonage Pottery
I just love the atmosphere and energy and friendly staff at Commonage Pottery, there is always something on offer, from pottery classes (with Japneet & Gary), art classes (Gerald Ashcroft Palette Knife) to encaustic (wax art)classes (Colin Pratt). The beautiful pottery that Gary Produces is top quality, I have such a selection of his pieces from vases to crockery and lamps. I enjoy using Gary's beautiful casserole dishes too, they work a treat and so easy to clean.

Did a pottery workshop here with some friends, it was amazing, we had lots of fun, learnt something new. All whilst enjoying Happs wines and in a relaxing, chilled-out environment. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I have now attended two classes, for a date night and with friends. What a great experience it was both times. The venue is so inviting and Elizabeth has so much knowledge and is such a fun presence. Elizabeth was very accomodating to our needs as new parents and even helped to keep bub entertained during the class. We hope to attend another class again soon.

Happs Wines & Commonage Pottery
We had a great time at Happs Winery today. The staff are very friendly, wine tasting is free and they allow self tasting which is such great fun ! They have an absolutely fantastic variety of wines to sample, it’s outdoors , overlooking a beautifully kept large garden, which is great for kids too. I would highly recommend Happs Winery.They also have lovely pottery and art for display and sale.

I really enjoyed this workshop. Nellie was a great teacher and it was fun learning how to make something using a pottery wheel. The afternoon tea was delightful. A really relaxing activity, can't wait to book the next one. Thanks Nellie!

Amazing friendly service from Jen Deb and Lorraine. very family friendly. HUGE selection of 25+ wines. Self service tasting. Beautiful outdoor lawn area with games for the kids. Aim to spend at least an hour and a half here.

I organized a private pottery workshop for my birthday and it was such a treat! My friends and I absolutely loved our creative afternoon with Danica. It was so much fun and we got lost in time making our beautiful creations. I highly recommend Danica's workshops for anyone looking to pamper themselves either for a special event or just because ;-)

Absolutely the best concept! All the wines for tasting are outside and filled with nitrogen, making them stay fresh for longer and you get to go and test them at your own pace. There's so many blends of wines. 42 different wines to try. The environment around is so cosy, absolutely loved this place. 10/10
